A few weeks ago, U.K. BMX legend Alex Leech e-mailed us looking for a 10-tooth LHD Teck Cassette Hub. I recognized Alex's name from his past appearances in Dig, as well as the guy that was doing vertical smith stalls way before anyone else had thought of them. Anyway, Alex wanted to try the hub out, and we made it happen, provided he send us some photos of the hub built up. So here's Alex's bike. Alex was riding before a lot of you were probably born, so don't even think about saying his seat post is too high...

Reese Butler of Mill Valley, CA got in touch cause he needed some new pins for his éclat Surge pedals. We sent them along last week, idly wasted the weekend away, and come this morning, Reese was nice enough to send another e-mail saying thanks along with some pics of him riding his local park. Yes, we will be at Interbike '09. It's less than a month away, so if you're planning on going, plan on stopping by the éclat booth. You might just get the chance to hang out with select team members, including Chester BlackSmith and Ashley Charles (pictured here at Interbike '08 in front of their bike sponsors' booth. They ride for some weird bike company...)
Edit: Duh, I'm an idiot. It's Interbike '09, but we'll be showing our 2010 line. It's all fixed now...

Hit up the Bicycle Union site for a Guilty or Not Guilty feature with éclat's own Ashley Charles, who also happens to ride for Bicycle Union. The feature involves Ashley's takes on various BMX fads over the past few years, and it's a pretty funny read. Check it here.
